Built by Pearson in 1962, the 37' Pilot Light completed an extensive overhaul/retro fit in 1999 and for the past decade has continued to be outfitted with the latest and greatest in sport fishing equipment. Powered by twin 220hp Cummins Diesel engines, the Pilot Light has the power and fuel capacity to experience all that the waters of Southern California has to offer.

Equipped with a full compliment of electronics allows the Pilot Light to fish "on the numbers". A full book of numbers passed down from generations, combined with modern GPS/Chart plotting technologies gives this boat a wide array of fishing, surfing and sight seeing locations. The radar system allows for a safe crossing in even the foggiest of days.

A spacious cabin gives ocean goers a relaxing atmosphere during crossings. With comfortable seating for six, and comfortable sleeping for 4, the Pilot Light offers a memorable trip no matter what activity we are doing. A small galley, refrigerator, microwave, large dining table, and much more provide all the necessary items for a day on the water.

"When you've gotta go, you've gotta go..." and yes the Pilot Light is equipped for that too. A private head with sink is available in the cabin area. Equipped with an eighty gallon fresh water tank, a 15 gallon stainless steel hot water heater, and an outdoor shower, the boat is set-up for all your lavatory needs.

The cockpit area of the Pilot Light provides one of the best equipped platforms for a variety of ocean activities. Squid lights, saltwater bait tank, a wide range of rod holders, a commercial fish box, and a 4000 psi SCUBA tank compressor are just the highlights of the gear available on the Pilot Light. With plenty of room to store surfboards, kayaks, tackle, and rods, the boat is ready to begin the fishing experience you have been waiting for.
